positions to sit and light

Today I had a goal of remembering how and what sitting postions to best sit to see the teeth well and without hurting my back by slouching. I really enjoyed this lesson and I am excited to apply this to scaling. Now I know what positions to best see the the teeth and what postions to best scale the different surfaces of the teeth. Practicing and understanding helped me achieve these goals. Obviously I will still need practice. What I did as well is right on our papers what teeth to scale in the correct positions so I can study at home and think about it. I think I did fairly well, but like I said I will always need practice. I feel well and confident I think so far. I am getting it. The lesseon went well.
